Who would believe him if he said that? But Tiger, a tough debt collector, can confirm that he really can understand cats.
Since the day he went to collect a debt at Madam Meow's cat café and coincidentally saved Madam Meow from a heart attack, he has been able to understand cats' meows, knowing what they are saying or what they want. This could be called a miracle for a cat slave (who is allergic to cat fur) like him.

He plans to abandon the cats in the shop before permanently closing the business. Naturally, the heart of a cat slave like Tiger is distressed. He decides that he absolutely won't let Lynx do that, so he volunteers to help Lynx manage the cat café together, in his role as the genuine creditor.
