Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically to anywhere in the United States. What counts as domestic mail by the United States Postal Service (USPS) can be found at the link here.
When will my order ship?
In-stock items usually ship within a week.
Not sure if something’s in stock? Feel free to ask—we’re happy to confirm for you.
Awaiting stock: Shipping can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.
Pre-orders: These may take a few months.
For example, GMMTV items often take 3 months or more, especially if there are production delays or quality checks.
I moved—can I update my shipping address?
Yes! As soon as you know your new address, send it our way. We’ll update it for you and confirm that it goes through.
Please note: If Shopify flags the new address as invalid, we might check in to make sure it’s correct.
Return and Canceling Orders
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a cancellation.
We do charge a 10% restocking fee to help cover processing costs on our end.

I don’t see something I want—can you help?
Absolutely! Just send us a message with a photo or link to the item you’re looking for. We’ll do our best to track it down.
- Items from LINE shops can be trickier and may include a small upcharge.
- Chinese magazine goods can also be hard to source, but let us know—we might already be working on it!
