Will merchandise be available for purchase onsite?
Yes. Merchandise will be available for onsite purchase from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or while supplies last. We will accept cash and credit cards.
Do I need an event ticket to order or pick up merchandise?
No. An event ticket is not required to place a pre-order, pick up an order, or purchase merchandise onsite before the time we move inside.
After that time, you must have a ticket to the event in order to pick up. Time we move inside TBD.
What do I need to pick up my order?
Please bring:
- A valid photo ID
- Your order confirmation or receipt, printed or displayed on your phone
Both are required to verify your order.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes. You must email us at support@welblandmore.com before the event with the name of your designated pickup person.
They must bring:
- Your order confirmation or receipt, printed or displayed on their phone
Orders cannot be released to another person without advance email authorization.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Canceled orders will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
What happens if I do not pick up my order?
Please arrange for an authorized person to pick up your order if you cannot attend. Unclaimed orders will be canceled and refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.

The free Soundcheck benefit is for ticket holders only. You cannot attend Soundcheck without a ticket to the Fan Meeting.
Purchase $100 or more of Fort Peat Fan Meeting in NYC 2026 merchandise in one order to receive the option to receive a soundcheck ticket.
YOU MUST SIGN IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO GET THE BENEFIT.
How many Soundcheck tickets are there?
There are 200 available Soundcheck admissions. The first 200 people to meet the purchase requirements will receive the Soundcheck benefit.
How will this process work?
- Sign in to your account or sign up for an account beforehand.
- You add $100 or more worth of items into the cart.
- The system will trigger a pop up with the Soundcheck benefit.
- Click on “ADD TO CART” to add it to the cart.
- You must SUBMIT YOUR ORDER TO SECURE the ticket. The system WILL NOT HOLD the ticket for you in the cart.
What if I don't have a ticket to the event?
- If you DO NOT HAVE A TICKET TO THE EVENT remove the Soundcheck benefit from your cart. IGNORE the popup at checkout.
- If you receive the benefit and do not have a ticket to the Fan Meeting, your benefit will be removed and given to the next customer who meets all requirements.
What if I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order, the Soundcheck benefit will be voided and removed.
